Special Note

  • Severity A – Business critical - One or more services are not accessible or are unusable. Production, operations, or deployment deadlines are severely affected, or there will be a severe impact on production or profitability. Multiple users or services are affected.
  • Upon payment successful, CRAYON SOFTWARE EXPERTS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. side will contact customer directly within 3-5 working days to book an appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation is upon approval and must be informed to FMM support team within 24 hours. Any request after the said period will not be entertain.
